At Christmas Tree Brooklyn, we make holiday tree delivery easy, reliable, and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about where, when, and how your tree will arrive.

Delivery Area: Do we deliver to you?
We proudly deliver to all five boroughs of New York City:

Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens & The Bronx – Free delivery is always included in the price of your tree.

Staten Island and Far Rockaway – A $20 delivery fee applies and will be added at checkout.

For addresses outside of these areas, special circumstances, or bulk orders, please reach out to us at info@christmastreebrooklyn.com so we can make arrangements.


Delivery Timing: How quickly can I get my tree?

  • Standard Delivery – Orders can be scheduled for delivery as early as the next day. To qualify, orders must be placed by 9:00 PM ET the evening before. While next-day service is available (subject to availability), we recommend booking a few days ahead to secure your preferred time.

  • Decor & Lights – If you purchase lighting or ornament services, these are done 24–48 hours after your tree arrives, since the branches need time to settle before installation. Our team will call or email you to schedule the appointment.

  • Same-Day Delivery – Need your tree right away? Contact us at (917) 997-1216 or email info@christmastreebrooklyn.com to check availability.



Delivery Windows
Our team works seven days a week, from November 15 through December 24. Deliveries are made within the following time slots, based on availability:

  • 9:00am – 12:00pm

  • 1:00pm – 4:00pm

  • 6:00pm – 9:00pm



Delivery Process

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a valid U.S. cell phone number at checkout. This number will be used for same-day updates and notifications. We ask that you   remain reachable during your delivery window so our team can coordinate with you directly.

If someone else will be home to accept the delivery, please include their phone number in the delivery notes section when placing your order. This helps us avoid delays and ensures your tree arrives without issue.


Fresh Cut Guarantee
As part of our service, every tree receives a fresh cut at the base upon arrival. This is done right in front of your home to maximize water absorption and help your tree stay fresh longer throughout the season.


Certificate of Insurance (COI)
If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), please include this note in the delivery instructions when placing your order. We’ll email you a copy in advance, and our drivers will also have a COI on hand the day of delivery.

If your building has a specific COI template or sample form, please email it to us at info@christmastreebrooklyn.com after placing your order. This helps us prepare the correct paperwork quickly and avoids any delivery delays.


Stair Deliveries for Trees 9ft+
For trees taller than 9 feet, elevator access is strongly recommended. If the tree does not fit in the elevator, or if your building does not have elevator access, the following surcharges will apply for stair deliveries above the 3rd floor:

  • Trees 9ft–11ft: $10 per floor

  • Trees 12ft–14ft: $20 per floor

When placing your order, please indicate if stair delivery will be required and include the number of flights. If this information is not provided in advance and our drivers determine that stairs are necessary upon arrival, a stair-use invoice will be issued following delivery.


Tree Removal Service
Once the holidays wind down, we’ll take care of removing your tree so you don’t have to worry about the mess. Our removal service runs daily until January 12, 2026.

Here’s what to know:

Available Time Windows:

  • Morning: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

  • Evening: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM


Scheduling: 
Removal appointments are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred slot.

Preparation: Please ensure your tree is completely free of decorations, lights, and stands before your scheduled removal window. Even if you purchased our Lights Installation package, we kindly ask that all lights be removed prior to our arrival, as our crew cannot remove trees that are not ready.
