What is the Perfect Christmas Tree guarantee that I heard about?
We ask that you give your Christmas tree 24 hours for the branches to settle. If after that time you aren’t happy with your tree—it’s too short, too tall, too narrow, too wide—we’ll happily deliver another*, free of charge.

What is the Lights Package add on for our NYC Christmas tree?
If you have ordered the Christmas tree lights package, your tree will be expertly wrapped with Christmas lights for your convenience. The lights package includes, installation of the tree into your stand or ours if purchased, lights and lights installation by our Elves.
Please have a sturdy tree stand ready for our Elves, or you may purchase one with your package. We provide low-heat emitting Christmas lights with your Lights Package purchase. You will have the choice of multi-color or clear lights.
Will you dispose of our Christmas tree after the Holiday season?
We offer pick up and removal of your Christmas tree in NYC; simply add on the tree removal option at checkout and we’ll schedule a pick up after Christmas has passed. Your Christmas tree will be brought to a designated recycling facility where it will be tree-cycled for mulch.
